The Medusa Snare

Adam John Miller from The Manhattan Love Suicides has a new solo guise and it's called The Medusa Snare. Fans of the Manhattans will probably be right at home with his take on scuzzy rock n roll with influences like The Cramps, The Clean and The Velvet Underground bubbling to the surface. I am a fan of this kind of thing and it's not massively removed from the noise that The Manhattan Love Suicides make. Although it's is different enough to be enjoyed on its own.

The debut CD by the Medusa Snare is set for release on Squirrel Records shortly. The single will be called 'Cinderella EP' with the following five songs on it:

Slow Motion (stream on My Space)
Belenkaya
Ixtab (stream on My Space)
N.C.Y
Blow

If the songs on My Space are anything to go by we're in for a treat with The Medusa Snare.
