Eardrums Music is a blog (it was new to me, today) that have seemingly branched out and become a free download label. They have released a two volume set - entitled - Summer's here! Eardrums Compilation 2008 - Vol 1 and 2.I've just downloaded both and they contain gems from the likes of Pocketbooks, The School, The Voluntary Butler Scheme, The Charade, Northern Portrait, Still Corners, Stars in Coma and a whole host of others. Some tracks are new and exclusive, some are new but have been released elsewhere - albeit in limited formats. Either way it's all available for download from the Eardrums Music webpage with nice PDF's and artwork. Splendid stuff.
It reminds me of the first incarnation of Lostmusic Recordings where I had about 7 releases for download - all exclusive and all free. I think it might be time to revive that idea.
Speaking of Lost Music releases, could you possibly repost the Crack Babies tracks?
