Southern Records have issued a new promo sampler called 'Monopoly of Brilliance' that features some great off kilter pop sounds along with a whole host of more experimental noisescape type stuff. The CD contains 15 songs from bands on labels linked to Southern. Including the wonderful Vic Chesnutt, the downtempo oddness of To Kill A Petty Bourgeoisie, the punked up noise of Epsilons and Jenny Hoyston's (Erase Eratta) guitar driven pop.For more info on the competition (it's really easy and the answers on contained within the mini site) and a chance to win each LP from the featured artists - simply click here.
