Indurain are one of the sixty odd bands who have had a release on Cloudberry Records this year. The band, who are Mikko Gordon and Johan Peter Sundberg, are based in London and Stockholm. They released the EP on Cloudberry back in August and have a new release lined up for March 2008 on Plastilina Records which will feature five new songs.
And what do they sound like? The Cloudberry EP is a mix of pop and folk music although thankfully not that anti-folk nonsense. However the band are moving into a poppier electro pop direction on brand new song The Moment. It's not as "dancey" as Gentle Touch or Le Sport but somehow the band's name and EP images conjure up images of those other cycling fans Kraftwerk.
