The début release from A Smile and A Ribbon was released yesterday on Shelflife Records. We have raved about this band more than once on indie mp3 and I have been looking forward to this release for some time now!The release is split between a CD and a 7" single and contains 13 tracks. The 7" contains four new songs which are Then I Felt Your Cheek, Miracles, Holding Hands and Sugar Daddy. It's also limited to 300 copies so I guess you had better get in there quick. In the meantime here is a track from the release. It's a wonderful blend of 1960's girl groups and indie pop. Rock n' Twee?
