Kimono - Japanese Policeman

I'd like to introduce you to Kimono, an Icelandic band seemingly very interested in Japanese culture. Formed in 2001 they released their debut album, Mineur-Agressif, in 2003 on Bad Taste. This album included an impressive song called "Japanese Policeman". A whopping 6 minutes long and consisting mainly of intertwining guitars which escalate into an orgy of noise, it has been accompanied by a doozy of a video which I present to you here. Unfortunately I have, upon repeated tries, failed to be enthralled by the rest of the album, though it undoubtedly has it's moments.

To fully appreciate the bloodbath and the various manga references I recommend you get the widescreen format .mov file from the website, however should it suit you better you can watch the somewhat squashed YouTube version here:
