Notes!

Motoboy has an album due for release on the Songs I Wish I Had Written label in September. The label has released the track Blue Motorbike as a taster for the album. It's a 1980's influenced synth pop track which the label describes as a euro-hit. I am not to sure about it to be honest - it's a bit cheesy. Maybe it needs another play or two. Or not.........

Thumbs up to Fire Escape Talking for pointing me to the way of Maia Hirasawa. I was well impressed with this and picked up the wonderful And I Found This Boy single from Klicktrack. There is also an album out which has been added to my shopping list. Stream tracks via My Space.

Fades In Slowly is another John Peel blog. There is some excellent stuff here such as a documentary on the have they or have they not split, New Order.

Talking about Peel another blog is Teenage Kicks. It's very Festive 50 orientated and is well worth a look.
