Colliding Lemons, who I wrote about here, have two new songs in the shape of Liar Liar and Leaky Ceiling up on their My Space page. Additionally there are two new versions of tracks that appeared on their demo CD (Save Me and Unconventional Culture).The band sound like a cross between jangle pop as well as post punk bands like Dolly Mixture, Girls At Our Best and The Modettes. The two new songs are excellent and Leaky Ceiling has more than a passing resemblance to Those Dancing Days Hitten track which is a very good thing in my book!
The band plan a CDR release of their material which will contain eight songs and they plan to sell this at gigs in the first instance. There are no songs currently available for downloading so I recommend streaming them via their My Space page.
