Autohaze were another Melbourne based band and recorded six singles and one album for Summershine between 1991 and 1993. The band reformed for a one off gig late last year. Spanish was their last single and has an American rockier feel, for the want of better words, to it.

Chris Chapple, the bands guitarist, was also in The Mime Sets for whom he played the drums. He is now a singer songwriter. He is a busy and talented man as he also plays bass for Colour TV.
By the way does anyone know of a good book on the Australian indie scene? That's if one even exists.
