The Sexual Objects are the new band formed by Davy Henderson formerly of The Fire Engines, Win and Nectarine No 9. They have just released their début single as a digital download (from the Rough Trade Digital Store) and it is also going to be released as a 7" single on The Creeping Bent label on February 12th 2007. It's a double a-side with the tracks being Full Penetration and Midnight Boycow.
I have just played the single just the once and on first impressions it's typical of Henderson's previous work and is near to The Fire Engines sound that any of his subsequent bands have come. That's to say it's pretty good!
