The only thing I know about the The Waltones is that Mark Collins went onto be a member of The Charlatans and another member went on to be a member of Medalark Eleven which was the band formed by ex Bodine Mick Ryan.
A quick seach on the net revals that the band released four singles and one album for Medium Cool between 1987 and 1989.
The track here is the title track of their second single released in 1988.

Cherry Red are set to re-issue our stuff in the new year - I got sent a listening copy of the CD this weekend and am making copies for the other band members right now.
