All tracks taken from the relevant artists page on My Space. I'm not to sure about the legality of some tracks or whether the C86 bands My Space pages are even legal. However if it's good enough for Rupert Murdoch.................
By the way have you noticed that My Space is only allowing 96 k/bit downloads these days? I guess it's due to the fact they will be selling downloads soon themselves.

The legality can definitely be discussed. But I also link to "suspect" profiles myself - as you say - if it's good enough for Rupert.
Oh yeah (or rather - oh no) - the quality is 96 Kbps only and several harsh words have been written about this in various blogs.
But nonetheless Myspace still seems to be the best option when searching for new music!
Any links to those harsh words? I'm not sure what encoder is being used but some of the tracks sound pretty awful.
