I saw The Wedding Present at the Koko last night and I have to say it was the best gig of the year so far. The band were superb despite Gedge wearing the most ridiculous all white outfit I have seen for sometime. It was quite exhilarating and it's a long time since I have been down in the mosh pit for an entire gig. And wearing sandals wasn't a good idea despite the heatwave in London!!! Sadly the beer drank before hand to help remove the effects of said heatwave also removed my ability to get many of the song titles correct and I ended up singing along to A Million Miles whilst the band played Everyone Thinks He Looks Daft!Back home this afternoon and reflecting on the gig as the bruises start to emerge it could well be possibly their last one for some time and I hope that's not the case.
