Sky Larkin - New Tracks

Leeds Sky Larkin have two new tracks available via their My Space page. I don't know what you think but Sky Larkin's sound seems to be maturing rather nicely based on these two new tracks. I prefer Keepsakes as it owes more than a small something to Somersault (Notes!) which is my favourite Sky Larkin track so far. The synths are more pronounced in their use and there is just something about Katies vocal style. The music is very original compared to what else is happening out there at present and Sky Larkin are well ahead of many of their peers.

The band have plenty of gigs in their hometown arranged in July - let's hope they play London again soon!

Stream all the tracks via the usual place. My first post on the band can be found here and the link for the Ghost Town sessions is still active.
