Murmansk hail from Finland and are based in the capital Helsinki. They are currently unsigned but will be relasing their Teeth EP in March 2006.
The band play a blend of well crafted indie rock with some fine guitar playing whilst lead singer Elisabeth's voice is superb and is quite defining without dominating the actual songs.
These tunes will not change your life but are highly enjoyable and that's all what matters. You can stream songs from the EP's direct from their site whilst lead track 2nd Floor Thrash is available for download.
