It looks like a busy year ahead for Stereo Test Kit Records. In addition to new releases from Audrey, We Are Soldiers We Have Guns and releasing a 7" vinyl series the label will also be releasing the new album from Boy Omega.
Until I came across the release I have not heard anything by Boy Omega who I believe are Swedish. Stereo Test Kit thinks they will go down well with fans of Elliott Smith, Iron & Wine, Bright Eyes, Will Oldham and Songs: Ohia.
I really enjoyed the preview tracks with Leafless being my favourite of the three and it features Emelie Molin who is in the wonderful Audrey.
The Black Tango album is due in March (UK).

By the way am I the only one who thinks Boy Omega looks like a young Mark Gardener from Ride?
Not only Boy Omega looks like a little Mark Gardener but listening at his "By midnight" it seems to really hear an unplagged and undistorted song of the early Ride with that rhythm of the guitar!
