Celestial have made some of the best music I have heard towards the end of 2005 and I was more than pleased when the two demo EP's from band member Andreas Hagman popped through my letterbox yesterday! And the songs sound even better on CD than they did from the ones I streamed/downloaded from the bands My Space page.And guess what? You can download the second of these EP's in all it's glory from Lost Music Recordings who have previously given us The Crack Babies and TRIP and whose EP's are still available on the site.
I previously described Celestial's work as “‘Dream On’ is a lovely little tune that reminds me of some of the early releases on Creation Records (except for “Upside Down of course”) and other early 1980’s jangle pop. It’s that good....."
