The Penelope Tree - The day After

I had a great time at The Penelope Tree last night and a big thanks to Chimes and Hattie for letting me play. I had so much I wanted to play but my set list resembled something like this:

The Clouds - Get Out Of My Dream
The Shop Assistants - Safety Net
The Fire Engines - Meat Whiplash
The Vaselines - Son Of A Gun
Mighty Lemon Drops - Pass You By
Bodines - Therese (extended)
Motorcycle Boy - Big Rock Candy Mountain (extended)
My Bloody Valentine - Sunny Sundae Smile
Darling Buds - You've Got To Choose
The Wedding Present - Pourquoi Es Tu Devenue Si Raisonnable?
The Field Mice - Missing The Moon
Mighty Mighty - Law
The Acid House Kings - 7 Days
Sambassadeur - Between The Lines
The Legends - He Knows The Sun
The Charade - Monday Morning

A nice mix of old and new me thinks with The Vaselines, Bodines and The Charade getting the most reaction. Well I have got the bug now so I have to see if anyone else will let me play :p

Looks like a great set Tom -- Shoppies, The Charade, Darling Buds, Weddoes... You're welcome to play in my living room, though you'll have to pay for the flight over.
