Weekly Round-up (Startup?)

I have created my first podcast for Sounds XP. Okay then it's was just joining a few legally available mp3 tracks together but for a first attempt I don't think it's that bad.

The tracklisting is:

The Envelopes - Audrey In The Country
Sambassadeur - Between The Lines
The Broken Family Band - Walking Back To Jesus
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - Upon This Tidal Wave Of Young Blood
Jim Noir - I Me You I'm Your
The Bridge Gang - Pangs of Guilt
The Sequins - Dear Old Bill
The Envelopes - It is the Law

SoundsXP Podcast 16/10/2005 (22mb) 128 k/bits

Nixon have finished their One Track A Week EP. "Ocean Swimmer" is the final track. If you've been downloading the previous tracks then you know what it sounds like. If you haven't been downloading them then you should and this one is a bit harder than their normal fayre.

Nixon - Ocean Swimmer

And one last thing. I have been lined up for my DJ debut and i'm nervous thinking about it. More details nearer the time.

cool news on the DJing. Couldn't make last Friday. The hangover from the Jim Reid gig was just too large. Shall have to give that SoundsXP thing a listen soon.
