We Are Soldiers We Have Guns are set to release their latest EP on Monday 24th October 2005. The EP is self titled and follows their contribution to the "Records Make Great Pets - Vol. 1" compilation. Their current label, Stereo Test Kit Records, has this to say about the band and the new EP:
We are soldiers we have guns consists of Malin Dahlberg (Douglas Heart, Laurel Music), with help from a few friends including Robert Tenevall (Royal Downfall, Knugen Faller) and Pontus Wallgren (Douglas Heart).
Already established as one of Sweden's finest indie-pop vocalists, the self-titled EP is a further testament to Malin's vocal and songwriting talents.
Recorded in the spring of 2005, with Jon F Kennedy (a.k.a. Jon Brännström) at the controls, the result is a collection of pure sounding songs that'll chill your spine, then melt your heart. Music rarely sounds this honest. (via)
These songs are taken from the new EP, Records Make Great Pets and their debut EP respectively and are all, well the best way to describe them is beautiful.

The CD cover reminds me of New Order's album 'Get Ready.'
