Splinter Magazine is a new publication and has a devisive fanzine feel about it. Whilst it covers the alternative scene today the first issue has some excellent articles on the Field Mice, Sarah Records and other articles to interest the C86/indie-pop fan.

If you cannot find it (see their site for list of stockists) you can order it on-line and they accept paypal.
