Nixon

It's boiling in London today. Literally. Bloody un-natural if you ask me. I need some lo-fi music to chill too (with the beers and juice on the go you understand) and Nixon fit the bill perfectly.

Hailing from Holland they play a laid back acoustic sound that's just perfect to relax too. Part sixties, part indie-pop and part alt. country it's a mix that cannot fail. It reminds me of The Morrisons and The Legendary Ten Seconds material i've been plugging recently.

Stick some more ice-cubes in my glass please............

Nixon - Elvis In Vegas
Nixon - Clowngirl Smile

They have plenty more songs on their site. Go and have a listen.
